1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website bmw-check.online. Any differing terms provided by the customer are not accepted unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

2. Service Description

(1) The provider offers reports that may include the vehicle's service history based on the provided Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
(2) The data is sourced from publicly available or legally accessible sources. The extent of the information may vary, and there is no guarantee of completeness.
(3) The report is generally sent as a PDF via email within 1–24 hours.
(4) There is no guarantee regarding the quantity or type of data in the report, as this depends on the vehicle's history.

3. Disclaimer & Customer Responsibility

(1) By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are authorized to request the service history of the vehicle using the provided VIN.
(2) By making the payment, the customer also confirms that they are authorized to request the vehicle history.
(3) The provider is not liable for unauthorized inquiries. The responsibility for obtaining the necessary consent lies solely with the customer.
(4) The provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information in the report.
(5) The provider is not liable for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Prices & Payment

(1) The price for a report is €30.
(2) Payment is made via PayPal to info@bmw-check.online.
(3) The report is sent only after successful payment.
(4) By making the payment, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

(1) Since this is a digital service that is processed immediately after payment, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 356 Paragraph 5 BGB.
(2) Refunds are only possible if the report is not delivered within 48 hours or if the provider is unable to create the report due to technical reasons.

6. Data Protection & GDPR Notice

(1) The provider processes personal data only to the necessary extent in accordance with the GDPR.
(2) Only the following data is stored:

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) for report generation
• Email address for sending the report
• Payment information (handled via PayPal, not stored directly)

(3) The data is not passed on to third parties unless necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

7. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) The jurisdiction for all disputes is Neuss, Germany.
(3) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
